The Punjab Higher Education Department (HED) has introduced an online platform known as the College Information System (CIS) to make the recruitment process more transparent. Through this portal, candidates can easily check vacant teaching posts by district, tehsil, and subject, view the sanctioned lecturer posts in all government colleges, and distinguish between occupied and vacant posts. The portal also provides complete details of colleges operating under HED. How to Check CTI Vacant Seats 2025?

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

• Open your browser and go to cis.punjab.gov.pk.

• This is the official College Information System (CIS) of the Punjab Higher Education Department.

 Go to the “Sanctioned Posts” Tab

• On the homepage, you will see options like Colleges, Sanctioned Posts, and E-Transfer.

• Click on Sanctioned Posts to view lecturer posts in each government college.

Step 3: Select Division and District

• Use the dropdown menu to select your Division (e.g., Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad).

• Next, choose your District (e.g., Chakwal, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur) to filter colleges in your area.

Choose the College

• Select the specific college from the dropdown menu.

• Each college has a unique code and name (e.g., Govt. Associate College).

• Pick the college where you want to check the vacant seats.

Step 5: Select the Post and Subject

• In the Post dropdown, select Lecturer.
